Cancellation Policy
Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how we can bring you the best customer service. Please help us maintain our quality service by providing us with the following courtesy. We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment. But please remember to be courteous to us and other clients by contacting us 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it

Gift Vouchers
T&Cs apply for Gift Vouchers
· Vouchers are available on select promotions, as stated in each relevant promotion.
· Gift Vouchers purchased for a promotion (eg: mother’s day pamper package) must be used for that promotion only, your voucher cannot be swapped for another treatment or dollar value.
· Gift vouchers purchased with a promotion (eg: 2 for 1 facial) must be redeemed by the date written on the voucher- these promotions will have a shorter expiry as it is a promotion.
·If you have chosen a Gift Voucher with a specific service (eg: 1 hour facial) this cannot be swapped for another treatment, or current promotion. Dollar amount Gift Vouchers are available.
· Freckles Beauty Therapy donated gift vouchers must only be used for the service written on the voucher (eg: if you won a gift voucher at an event, and it states "1 hour massage" this cannot be swapped for another service)
